well, maybe try doing something slow like walking for 30mins-1hour for like a week, then bump it up to slow jogging for 15 mins of the hour or so. then just keep bumpingit up that will definatley help ur endourance do that type of thing with swimming and biking and other fun physical stuff. as for coordination i really dont know maybe try a ballet cl or something i think coordination comes genetically, but idk when i was little my parents put me in a local ballet cl and now i am VERY coordinated, so im not really sure if thats something u can change but im sure ur fine
