Does a totalitarian society always consist of a "High", "Middle", and "Low"?
After reading George Orwell's "1984", where the totalitarian world is very clearly divided between high, middle and low, I was wondering if totalitarianism by definition ALWAYS consisted of high, middle and low, or if that is just common in totalitarianism?
